Return Policy
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
We put in effort in checking all items before shipping and provide ample protective packing materials for all orders before dispatching your items out so please rest assure.
In the rare situation whereby your item(s) are damaged or lost through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days upon delivery. We will not be able to process a return or exchange for you once this 7 days have passed.
Please include photos with your mailing box to confirm that the item(s) are damaged, faulty or wrong item(s) in your email. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product if its still available in store or offer a refund on the affect item(s) if the product is sold out.
Please take note that refunds for all orders made through Atome or Grab will be processed through your used payment method.
Please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:
- Within 7 days after delivery
- New condition and unused
- Original packaging
- Not "Made to Order", "On Sale", "Preorder", "Backorder" as marked on the product page
Exchanges or refunds will only be made upon the team's verification. Base Piece reserves the right to reject any returns if the item does not meet all of the above conditions.
Please take note that refunds for all orders made through Atome or Grab will be processed through your used payment method and will be subjected to restocking fees.
Please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. Delivery cost incurred for return and re-delivery due to change of mind and or personal preferences will be borne by you.
Cancellation Policy
Placed an order but change your mind? Don’t worry!
You can cancel your order with no additional charge* and receive any difference or a full refund of the item(s) you wish to change or cancel. Simply contact us as soon as you can.
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. Unfortunately, after you have received an email confirming your order delivery, delivery costs will be non-refundable.
Products that are made to order or through preorders/backorders are not entitled to our Cancellation Policy.
