Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Don't worry, as long as we have not started packing, you are still able to change your order. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop us a DM on Instagram as soon as you can!

Do you do International Orders?
Yes, we do offer the international shipping options. Fees will vary depending on the weight and location. Please get in contact with us up at email@example.com.
How long does it take for my orders to reach me?
Your orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from the day of order confirmation. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details once your order has been arranged for pickup.
All orders under preorder or backorder will require 3-5 weeks to process and dispatch. Please order only if you're not willing to wait. Please take note that all orders under preorder or backorder will not be applicable for refunds.However, please understand that there may be some slight delay in delivery of orders during peak / festive seasons.

- You can return your order within 7 days from receiving it. Do contact us with your return enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All items are only eligible if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Please take note that all returns must be done via courier with our selected courier company only. This cost will be borne by you and not included in the refund amount.
- Items that were made to order, on sale, or on preorder will not be eligible for returns
Can I do an exchange instead of refund?
Yes you can do an exchange for items of the same or lower value. No refunds will be made for discrepancies in value. The same return policy applies for exchanges.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
We put in effort in checking all items before shipping and provide ample protective packing materials for all orders before dispatching your items out so please rest assure.
In the rare situation whereby your item(s) are damaged or lost through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days upon delivery.
Please include photos of the product and it's initial packaging in your email. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product if its still available in store or offer a refund on the affect item(s) if the product is sold out.
Please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable.
Are your products microwave/dishwasher safe?
Yes, our ceramic products are all microwave and dishwasher safe.
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
Thank you for your interest in our products! You will see a "Notify me" on the item that is out of stock and you will receive an email notification once it is restocked.
You may also sign up for our mailing list to be notified about restocks and exciting new releases.
The product info stated that there are crackles/crazing? What does that mean?
Crackle is the name given to the method of intentionally forming fine cracks in the glaze-base as a decoration and crazing is the name for accidental crackle. This usually happens after the firing of our product, during the cooling down process and is caused by the glaze contracting more than the bisque. Your plates/bowls are still in perfect condition and suitable to use so not to worry!
